Dr. Sachi Jaising Kothari is a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, certified by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists, with over 7 years of clinical experience. She specializes in managing conditions such as osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, joint pain, muscular and tendon injuries, fractures, and various neurological disorders. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Dr. Sachi provides tailored treatment plans that promote effective recovery.
She holds a special interest in Antenatal and Postnatal physiotherapy and is certified in guiding women through safe and effective exercises during and after pregnancy. Known for her patience and empathetic approach, Dr. Sachi connects deeply with her patients, helping them regain strength and return to their daily routines with confidence.
Dr. Sachi completed her BPT from Dr. D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, and earned a certification in Kinetic Therapy from Utrecht, Netherlands. She pursued her Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from SVKM’s NMIMS University, Mumbai, where she also enhanced her clinical expertise while working at Nanavati Hospital.
